Printing Workshop
① Manual printing machine: Refers to manually adjusting the layout color, without a computer color system. There is a shaft mounted version, usually with a speed of 40 meters/minute to 70 meters/minute. Suitable for producing products with low printing requirements. Barrel film and film can be printed, and can also be printed on both sides, with 7 colors and a product width of 250mm-900mm. There is no automatic cutting and manual material receiving
② Computer printing machine: Refers to the use of a computer automatic color registration system to adjust the layout and color registration. Shaftless mounting, typical machine speed:
PE products ranging from 90 meters/minute to 130 meters/minute; Other film speeds (NY, OPP, CPP, PET, etc.): 100 meters/minute to 180 meters/minute
Suitable for producing products with high printing requirements, both barrel film and film can be printed or printed on both sides. It can print 11 colors, with a product width of 300mm to 1350mm, fully automatic cutting and automatic material receiving.

Workshop - Compound Machine
③ Composite machine: dry composite, solvent-free composite. Glue various films of different materials together. Usually, products have a 2-3 layer structure, and there are also products with 4 or more layers. The machine speed is usually 120 meters/minute to 170 meters/minute, and the product width is 400mm-1050mm. It is fully automatic cutting and automatic material receiving. The composite method is dry composite.
Solvent free laminating machines typically operate at speeds ranging from 150 meters/minute to 300 meters/minute, with product widths ranging from 300mm to 1300mm, and are manually fed.
④ Quality inspection machine: product defects are detected by visual inspection and Strobe light during rewinding. For example: wire drawing, inkjet (splashing), etc. According to the setting of different machine speeds for testing different products, the product width ranges from 300mm to 1300mm, with manual material replacement and non fully automatic testing equipment.
⑤ Splitting machine: Splitting a wider film into more narrow films. And cold cutting and trimming, mainly producing automatic packaging film, with the function of rewinding.
⑥ Curing room: The composite products must be placed in the curing room for curing, and different curing temperatures and times should be set according to different products to dry and solidify the adhesive.

Bag making workshop
① Bottom sealing bag making machine: usually used for cutting and bottom sealing of barrel films, as well as for cutting sheet films. Blank bags and printed bags can be produced, mainly with single-layer barrel films. Printed products usually only have one cut, while blank products can have multiple cuts simultaneously.
② Composite bag making machine: capable of producing sealed bags, four sided sealing bags, side sealing bags, three sided sealing bags, three sided sealing strip bags, and self closing bags.
③ Edge sealing machine (hot cutting machine): After folding the barrel film or sheet film in half, both sides are hot cut to form bags, which can produce edge sealing flat bags, edge sealing self-adhesive bags, edge sealing elevator bags, etc. Mainly composed of single-layer membranes, with fewer composite membranes.
④ Edge sealing machine: It has the function of edge sealing machine, and can heat seal the concave and convex bone strips and films, bone strip bags (concave and convex bags), Zipper storage bag. Generally, single layer membranes are the main method, with fewer composite membranes.
